Shipping Policy

True Cellular Formulas is committed to ensuring secure and timely delivery of all orders. The shipping policies are as follows:

  • Signature Requirement: Large dollar amount orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. This is determined at True Cellular Formulas’ discretion to provide added security for valuable shipments.
  • Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping options, please contact our Support Team at support@truecellularformulas.com prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your shipping needs.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Please note that any returns processed will not include reimbursement for original shipping fees, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Account Holder.

Return Policy 

True Cellular Formulas accepts returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please note:

  • Return Shipping: True Cellular Formulas does not cover return shipping costs and will not provide return labels. The Account Holder is responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return.
  • Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued for the product amount, excluding any original shipping costs.

International Wholesale Account Policy

Wholesale accounts are generally limited to entities within the United States. However, True Cellular Formulas may approve international accounts on a case-by-case basis, with the following conditions:

  • Taxes and Duty Fees: International Account Holders are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duty fees, or import charges related to their order.
  • Customs and Shipping Risk: True Cellular Formulas is not liable for any customs seizures, lost, delayed, or destroyed packages. Account Holders should verify with their local customs agency to confirm that True Cellular Formulas products are eligible for import before placing an order.
  • Return and Refund Policy for International Orders: International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If you have opened the product and it is defective or contains ingredients we did not list on our site, you may also return it. Yet, if you do not like a product, unfortunately, we cannot refund you after trying it. There is just too much individual variation in taste perception, digestion, and health status. What may work for one person may not work for another. We hope you understand.

To send back your un-opened product, contact us via email to obtain an RMA# and an address to which the box should be sent. DO NOT SEND BACK PRODUCTS WITHOUT AN RMA# or you will not get credit. Shipping the product back will be your responsibility. We will issue a refund, less the restocking fee, and original shipping cost, once the product is returned.

If you were shipped the wrong product by the fault of ours, we will provide you with a free shipping label for its return (or you may be able to keep it) and we will credit you for that product as soon as we receive it back. The correct product will be shipped out to you as soon as we are informed of the error.

Perishables are Non-Refundable

Lost Package? Did not receive your order?

If you placed your order online (and not by phone) and did not receive your package within 3-5 business days (and you checked your spam filter for any email notifications regarding your order), contact us by email (or phone) so we can let you know of your order status and items that may potentially be on backorder.

How do I Change or Cancel My Order?

Email us immediately so we can try to prevent the order from going out. Email is best, but you may also call us (702) 960-4540.

Out-of-Stock Products & Backorders

If the product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you of the delay and give you the option to receive it once it is back in stock or cancel your order. You will NOT be charged additional shipping if your items arrive separately.

Orders for More Than One Item (Multiple Product Orders)

If your order contains more than one product or items from different brands, there is a chance you will receive them in two separate packages. Separate shipping charges for each shipment may apply.

Typographical and Product Description Errors on Site

Our site may contain errors in pricing or product descriptions (size, weight, ingredients, etc.). We do our best to keep the site updated, but our vendors sometimes need to inform us of changes.

If you receive product misinformation or a typographical error, you may return the product for a full refund.

If it is listed at an incorrect price, True Cellular Formulas. Shall have the right to refuse or cancel your order. In addition, we have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
